What Tenants Can View and Access
This topic describes the differences in feature accessibility and viewing privileges for root tenant and child tenant accounts.
When a root tenant account updates a setting in one of its child accounts, all other child accounts inherit the updated value for the setting unless they have an existing override in place.
Note
Root tenant accounts can always view child tenant account settings and receive email notifications about any service changes made by a child tenant account.
Feature access and views by account type
This table describes the visibility and accessibility settings for root tenant and child tenant accounts, as configured by your Megaport sales team. To request changes to the child tenant account settings, contact your Megaport sales team.
