White-Label Branding
This topic describes how you can fully customize your company branding in the Megaport ONE Portal.
Full white-labeling is a custom branding option and is available for some customers. This allows you to rebrand the Megaport ONE Portal to make it appear exactly as you require, in line with your company’s brand.
White-label branding allows you to customize these items:
- Color theme
- Sidebar logo
- Company logo
- Favicon
To fully customize the Megaport ONE Portal branding

Log in to the Megaport ONE Portal.

Choose Tenant > Settings.

Select Theming.
The current settings appear.

Click Edit.

Customize any of these colors or images:
- Color theme – Select the color to use for banners, buttons, menus, links, and highlighting throughout the Portal. Select one of the suggested color themes provided, or create your own custom color palette using the color picker for the Primary Color and Secondary Colors.
The primary color will be used as a highlight color in the sidebar and selectively in the user interface. The secondary color is the color of the top and side navigation bars when dark navigation mode is enabled. - Sidebar Logo – Upload the image to display for the Portal homepage link that appears in the top left corner of the Portal. The Megaport ONE logo will not be shown in the banner.
- Company Logo – Upload the company logo image. The company logo appears in the company administration page and various locations in the Portal where services are deployed.
- Favicon – Upload a favicon image in the .ico file format. This image appears in the address bar of a browser, in the browser tabs, and next to the site name in a list of bookmarks.
- Color theme – Select the color to use for banners, buttons, menus, links, and highlighting throughout the Portal. Select one of the suggested color themes provided, or create your own custom color palette using the color picker for the Primary Color and Secondary Colors.

Click Save.
The company branding is updated immediately.
Other company branding types
These company branding types are also supported in Megaport ONE:

Company Logo only – Enterprise accounts can typically change their company logo only. For details, see Customizing Company Branding.

Co-Branded – Root tenant (partner) accounts are typically co-branded, and can change their company logo as well as the sidebar logo that appears next to the Megaport ONE logo in the top left banner. For details, see Customizing Root Tenant Company Branding.
