Adding a Company Profile
The next step in setting up your account is to add a company profile. Without a company profile (and an enabled billing market), you won’t be able to submit an order.
To add a company profile
- Log in to the Megaport ONE Portal.
- Choose Tenant > Settings.
- In the General tab, click Edit.
- Complete all fields with your company profile information.
Note that the Tenant Name is the name the public sees, not the legal name.
- Click Save.
You cannot order services until account setup is complete and a billing market is enabled.
